I'm looking for a set of 1 3/4 headers for my 69Z.
The headers have to be able to fit without hitting the powersteering, and be able to use the fullsize AC43 plugs with strait plug heads.

anyone have expeeriance with Stainless works headers?
or anything else with 1 3/4 primary that fits powersteering and strait plugs without shorty plugs?

Why the large primaries?

its a crossram dz302. running the 140 cam.

i know everyone will probably tell me I shoud be using 1 5/8 but I've used 1 3/4 before in a similiar application and was happy, I just don't remember what header I used, and I recall there being a problem with the powersteering.

Talk to Jack Burns at Burns Stainless. He makes lots of headers specifically designed for small block Camaros. I doubt he'll recommend anything as large as 1-3/4".
