Its been about 8 months since I bought mine, at the time I couldn't find anybody that was making ones with predrilled holes. I just did the best job I could at lineing it up and drilled it myself.

no hole, gotta drill it.
put the lens and the green metal part in the plastic carrier.
screw the tach into the metal base, take off the knob.
put a drop of ink from a sharpie marker on the tip of the shaft.
Lower the shaft straight down into the carrier until the tip touches the lens.
Drill out the black spot.
Good luck!

Heartbeat City was selling these on ebay at one time, $40.00 plus shipping. I also bought the standard lens and used an end mill bit to drill the correct hole. Worked out fine. Mearsure twice and drill once.
