I have a 94 camero. As I was driving, my car seemed to start losing power intermittently. I tried to drive to a safe spot but the the car died, no power, I couldn't even jumpstart it. I got the fuel pump replaced and the car ran fine for about a week before the problem started again. The car will not even crank when I try to start it, just a clicking noise now. It's on the side of the road collecting tickets, please help!

Sounds like a bad battery cable to me. You might check the battery for a bad cell as well.

Tow it away? Check the opti spark.

A tow truck would probably be a lot cheaper than the tickets ????

Don't just let it sit in the road. You're gonna come back to it one day and it's going to be stripped. Break down and have it towed to your house.

It will take 3 days before they can start to ticket it, unless its on the freeway. Just get a tow rope and a pick-up truck and pull that thing home! Its a lot cheaper than if you get it towed by the local PD....impound fees + ticket = Money you dont want to spend on the car. Save the cash so you can fix the problem. just my 2 cents

there's gotta be someone on here that owns a car trailer that can go rescue this car and help him get it running reliably..

Id loved to help but I cant find a trailer and I probably wouldnt be able to get away from work long enough....

You need to sign up for AAA. If you have the gold membership they will tow 100 miles. With the regular membership they will only tow 10 miles I believe.
