From the reading I've done here, it sounds like I want to replace my tired mono springs with the JC Whitney 3 leaf that they list for Nova's. I've got a couple questions. First, can someone check this link and let me know if I'm looking at the correct spring? http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/ItemBrowse/c-10101/s-10101/p-100000263464/mediaCode-ZX/appId-10255809/Pr-p_CATENTRY_ID:10000026346410255809
Have any of you done this swap and not been happy with it? If so do you have another suggestion? How did your ride height end up?
What other parts (bolts, clamps, etc.) should I be getting to make the swap?
It's on a '68.

I did that swap. I replaced all hardware, bushings and basically everything associated with doing a spring swap. I did replace one two of the T-bolts on each side with a U-bolt. This was recommended by someone that had also done the swap. I did have to trim the mounting pads to make it all fot together. Easy swap, but I had just replaced all of that stuff, so it came apart and went back together pretty easily.

Those are the correct springs :)
I did the swap from mono to multi about 8 years ago. I ordered thru D & R for $155.00. But I did put the heavy duty multi's and actually had to send my first set back because they didnt match up correctly.
My goal with the heavy duty springs was to keep the rear end up as i had the 50 series rubber in the back and wanted to elliminate the fender rub. Well I ended up putting air shocks on a few years later because the fender rub happened when ever I had people in the back seat. It got annoying and the tires were taking a beating. The air shocks took care of all that and the ride was not as bad as others have stated. I think with the new multi springs i gained about 2 " more of lift. The old mono springs were worn and sagging. I also replaced the bushings and all hardware associated with the swap to ensure everything was new.

Thanks for the replies. I ordered the springs today. I'm hoping it stiffen's it up a bit and takes care of my exhaust hitting my spring problem.

That along with my whole front end suspension replacement I did for my last winter project. As others have stated replace bushings, u-bolts for t-bolts, shocks if yours are bad. You'll have to trim the perch pads. And don't forget the j-nuts! If you are replacing the rear springs replace the old j-nuts even if they don't spin on you. Make sure you get the ones marked with CIP. There is more info on just those j-nuts than you'll know what to do with. I love the way my car sits now. I used Eibach 1" lowering springs up front.
