Everything lines up perfectly, the subtle arch is there. Brand new clips.

The upper passenger side keeps popping off.

Any secrets to keep this from happening.

The old busted piece stayed on for 33 damn years.... and now this... I hit a crack int he road...and POP goes the moulding..

Is it a repro molding? There's your answer, they are notoriously bad fitting. Find an original GM piece, or an old GM piece, and have it repaired. There's a place here in Fort Worth that charges something like 10 bucks a stick.....KZ
