Just wanted to see if anyone had this problem before. I just converted over to a 4 speed (Muncie) and everthing works great but when I am turning slowly. Sometimes when I turn slowly right of left (without accelerating), I get a massive vibration. Most of the time nothing happens but every now and then, I get the vibration. If it was in the trans (flywheel, etc.) I would assume I would have it most of the time. I have a Lock Right rear and thought maybe without the load of the automatic, it gets a little squirrelly in the corners going slow but if this were the case nomally, I would imagine there would be a history of complaint that I havent seen. Any comments would be appreciated. Note, I used the same driveshaft, yoke, etc. from the 350 turbo.

your description does sounds like the natural working of the lockrite.
only possible explaination I can come up with as to why it didn't do it with the auto is the auto would have it "loaded" where with the stick you probably have the clutch in when turning slowly.

Probably doing what I call "chattering", going around a corner slow.
Should be fine, imho.
I figure that the slow tire is trying to catch up w/ the fast one is all..
Maybe BGH will pop in??
Where are you Freddie??

Just curious, are you talking about powertrax lock-right lockers, the powertrax traction systems or something else altogether? Also, are they any good or had any problems with them? Thanks.
