Alan can't tell you what it's worth, it's so subjective. But I think I can shed a little light on what it ought to have if it's all original, I had a 72 Z28 and a 74 Type LT Z28. 73 was the last year for the RS, first year for the Type LT package, both are basically cosmetic and comfort. In 73 you could order a Type LT RS Z28, the only year you can say that! Last year for the small bumpers, 74 had the mandated 5 mph bumpers. T tops were not an option for several years yet, if the car has them someone added them, look it over close for fit and potential leaks. If it's the original motor, an L82 350 with 245 horse power then you are in luck. Despite it's lower horsepower rating the bottom end of the L82 in 73 and 74 was full of quality parts, pinked rods, 1182 forged crank, windage tray and 4 bolt mains, Z28 oil pump had the higher pressure spring, forged TRW flat top pistons. The heads will be larger 76 cc chambers with 2.02 and 1.60 valves, guide plates and blue tipped pushrods. Should have a quadrajet 4 barrel carb as Holley went out in 71 or 72. Hydraulic cam, the solids went out also in 71 or 72 and a ten bolt posi rear, 12 bolt went out after 72 model year on the Z. Check the tire pressure emblem is correct tire size for a Z and the trim plate on the firewall almost always ways Z28 on the early second gens. Check under the carpet in the back seats as well as under the back seats, the second gen is notorious for rust there.
Perhaps someone else will throw a price out for you, but it's really up to you what you want to pay for it. Might be a nice car with that low mileage, certainly worth looking at if you're looking for a second gen and the RS package IMO makes the second gen one of the best looking Camaros of all time.
