I was looking at Boise68's question on kick panels and it reminded me about a question I have about my 68. The drivers side vent ball has 2 straight deflectors on it. The passenger side has 1 straight deflector and one V shaped deflector. See Boise68's picture below. Disregard red circle although you can see the V shaped portion in it. I have seen on other Camaros where both deflector were the same. Either both straight or the combination. Which is correct? And why were they different?

spin those bezels around and you will see they are the same.

The one on the passenger side is the right way around. Flip the driver side around to match.
