:confused: how do you remove the ac vent ball from the duck work on a 68.do you pull them apart or is their a clip that holes them on?. THANKS

There is a screw in the front and a clip that you'll find when you remove the screw. Pull it forward from the vent tubing, sometimes these are clamped, but most of the time it is just slide over the vent ball unit. Once you have it out, you will see these plastic connections that most of the time break, but not to worry, you will most likely want to replace them anyway. When you get inside you'll find some jut that keeps the ball tight. Throw it away and get new. Reverse process to put it back.

Yes, the two peices that hold the ball in have 3 places that snap together. Are you on it now? I will have to leave in a little while, but it is self explainatory when you get into it.
