I just purchased a 79 z28 that the previous owner had installed a 454 in. It seems he did a half-way job on it, because I think that the springs are too weak in the front. The tires are 255/60/r15 on the front, and when driving they hit the fenderwell whenever I make a sharp turn or hit a bump.
Any recommendations on springs/shocks/suspension kits? I don't think the current suspension is stock - there seems to be some kind of air shocks in the back with a air fill nozzle in the license plate area and hoses going from it to the rear shocks - though the hoses are broken.
