It's been listed again!! A nice looking car that's fake as the day is long. Not only is the trim tag false but the vin doesn,t even come close to the build date. This is the car I,m talking about http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1967-Camaro-RS-SS-396-4-Speed-Triple-Black-s-Matching_W0QQitemZ270170491247QQihZ017QQcategoryZ6 161QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewIt .It,s been discussed before.http://www.camaros.net/forums/showthread.php?t=116920.The party selling has been e-mailed the last time and doesn,t get it.Hope this link comes out

Its not that the party selling doesnt get it...its that he doesnt care. And according to the first auction it was sold. Maybe the winning bidder realized in time he'd been duped.

From the auction.. "The restoration in the engine compartment is top notch"
Umm, hello McFly the alternator is on the wrong side!
The car is a joke. Nice looking but far from what it was originally.
Buyer beware, AGAIN!

WOW...SUPER RARE CAR !!!!
I've never seen so many CORRECT, dealer installed options on a 67 !!
The single piston calipers are waaaaay ahead of the production schedule as well as the 68 tail light lenses. I like the deluxe seat cover on the standard rear seat and the narrower front seat belts are toooo cool !
Just the goodies under the hood justify the 40k price someone is going to throw down for this beauty !! When was the last time you saw BOTH chrome support bars and coated headers as dealer options on the same car ?? I'm glad he pointed out the aluminum radiator as the only "non original" part under the hood......I hardly noticed it from all the other details.

No doubt about it, it is a beautiful car.
It is hard to shuffle through all the babbling salespeak dribble in the description, he makes it sound like a "10" , and challenges you to find things wrong with it (which is quite easy)
I think if I were restoring a tri-black BB, I would at least change out the wiper-scratched-windshield-due-to-rotten-rubber, but that's just me.

Looks like he cancelled the bids and ended the auction saving some unlucky person.
