I just put all new hardware for the doors on my 67, using a hardware kit from Rick's. It came with all the neccesary hardware, including a few screws I couldn't tell where they were supposed to go. If you look at this link, the picture shows 3 screws that were marked as retainer screws? Can someone shed some light on this for me? Thanks! :beers:

Here's a close up pic, it says door latch mechanism mount screws? I know I didn't see those...

those 3 screws are for the door latch which hits the stricker on the post. most people dont take that part out of door unless broken.
