I need to replace my Drivers floor pan. I found that my inner rocker looks like hell where the floor would attach. So I guess I am going with a rocker as well. I can see the inner rocker is spot welded on the top.
Does anyone know how far it wraps around? Do the repop inner rockers wrap around to the outer rocker (pinch weld on the bottom)
I am haveing a hard time getting a plan of attack.

You are correct the inner wraps to the bottom and spot welds to the outer

Thanks for the link. So does the lower portion of the inside rocker have on the same type of weld point as the top? Is the inner roker basially a U shape with a weld tab on each end?

Yes, but it is more of a straight leg down and the top is angled in.

In the above pic the black inner rocker does it wrap around the bottom?
My issue is two fold. The portion of the rocker where it meeets the floor pan in rotted. In additon the bottom (parrallel to the floor) also has rome rot. I an trying to determine if I will also need to replace the outer rocker as Well. I really really dont want to do that :-)

Its really not that bad of a procedure. Just make sure you brace. Even if its a coupe bracing is good for piece of mind.

I don't know if this will help, its a 1969 chevelle two door hardtop, but I think your Camaro rocker panels are similiar.
