I would like to know how get my springs back inside the door.I really don't have any ideas. I don't want to hurt myself because they will get you if your not careful any help.

There is a special tool designed to do this but what I did was I compressed the spring in the vise, I then wrapped wire around the compressed spring tightly, I then removed the spring from vise and inserted the spring into the hinge system, then I undid or cut the wire.
