I have a 1967 camaro with the bellcrank kick down linkage on a power glide tranny. I just ran into a slight problem when i changed my intake to a high rise....my linkage will not work now. Does anybody know of a cable linkage that will work on the power glide instead of the mechanical linkage? Does lokar make something ? has anybody done this type of linkage swap before? i can be the only person with this problem right?

DDOLES, why won't your linkage work anymore? I have a PG with an RPM Air Gap manifold and true it may not sit as high as a high rise, but it does sit higher than a regular manifold and all I had to do was add a bracket that I got from Summit that had various holes in it. It worked fine. Here is a link to the bracket I used.
