I removed the horn relay off my '69 Camaro until I can get a new one. Now I have no electrical anywhere. No headlights, and it won't turn over.
Coincidence? or do I have another problem?

Not a coincidence. Look at a wiring diagram.

Not positive about '69, but in my '67, the hot wire going into the firewall that powers everything inside the car (including ignition/starter etc,) passes through the horn relay on its way from the battery to the firewall.

If you were to unwrap the harness going to the horn relay, you would see that the 10 ga red wire going to the horn relay is connected to the battery via the junction block. You would also see that the hot wire coming out of the relay (I believe it is brown with a fuse link, the 10 ga red after the link) goes into the firewall. If you separate these two from the horn relay, you cut off all power to the interior/ignition.

If you PM me your email I will send you the wiring diagrams I have (for '67).

There should be a small wire that pigtails off you positive battery cable that goes to a small junction box behind the battery. The junction box is mounted on the radiator support. A wire runs from there to your horn relay (inside wiring harness) where it mounts to a bar on your horn relay. Another wire also connects to the same bar on the relay and goes to your fuse panel. Once you disconnected the horn relay, you broke the connection between the two wires. I suppose you could join the two together until you get a new relay. They are the two wires you unscrewed from the bottom of the relay. If you join them together make sure you wrap them in tape so they don't ground out.

And check into this Sticky. You can get the colored wiring diagrams if you ask for them.
