Two questions: If my wife's 69 camaro has hole on the rocker panel, which I assume is for molding, does that mean that it originally came with them from the factory? Or did all camaros come with those holes? Also, how do I find out if it came originally with front and rear spoilers?

Yes, if the holes are there, it did have the chrome molding originally.

On the spoilers, it may depend on the build date of the car. Some trim tags have "D80" on spoiler equipped cars. I don't know when this was started or stopped.

Check the spring rods in the trunk that hold the lid open. If they are both the same diameter, the spoilers were added after it left the factory. If you have one rod thicker than the other rod, the spoilers were likely to be factory equipment.

great, now what about the front spoiler? is there a way I can tell if it was stock on the front? thanks. By the way, the rear looks like it was installed by the dealer by the way the holes look drilled, and the original numbers stamped on it. Just have to figure out the front. thanks again guys.

There was no "front only" factory option. It was both front/back or none at all.

thanks, but I think that the rear spoiler was added at the dealer. Would the dealer install a rear spoiler and not a front one? Or did they do just like the factory did?

Dealers usually only added the rear and did not move the emblem up. They just removed the emblem and mounted spoiler.
