Anyone do this to their first gen and find a solution that looks clean and works well?

I've seen them integrated into the spoiler but wonder there is a good way to mount it in the rear window area...

"No" to your question...I thought about the window before, but it seems like it would eat up too much rear view...I always feel a little blind in the Camaro compared to my other cars and don't want to do anything to hinder visibility.

My current thinking is that maybe an LED kit would really increase the brightness and alleviate some of worry that someone doesn't notice the lights...I really want to see them in person though...pics don't convey what they probably look like.

I'm thinking about putting one the shape of the Chevy emblem in my window, but I'm wondering if it can be seen from the rear over the spoiler. If visiblilty out the back window is a concern maybe a row of red lights at the top would work. As for the led light bulb conversion things that replace 1157 bulbs.... not in my car! I followed a 66 Mustang with them and some with out in the rain on a road trip with my car club. The cars with original bulbs lit the whole lens the LEDs just the center. After that I'm real leary about the other LED options.
