I am installing a new harness and the light bulb for the center fuel gauge does not fit into the gauge. It fits WITHOUT the bulb but if the bulb is installed THE BULB hits the inside of the gauge reflector!!
If anybody has a pic that would be great. I am thinking that maybe the socket is wrong.

I don't have a center fuel gauge but can you 1st install the harness and then the light from the inside, or does it still hit?

It hits the curved metal reflector with the green lens on it.
