I found this info on how to Z/28 your 283 in a box of stuff I got from a dealership. Was this something from GM or maybe some one in the parts department typed it up? Ed

It looks accurate to me. The only thing I thought was odd were the part Numbers on the heads. Werent 462 heads used in 1967, 291 heads in 1968 and 186 heads in 1969?
