Ever since i installed my tko 600 trans i have hated driving my car! I just ordered a new disc for the dang thing. I called Mcleod to get a part number for a disc and they told me they had so many problems with that disc they stopped production of it. Alot of work for nothing.:( I would leave it in there, but this thing seems to be engaged or disingaged. No in between! Sorry for ranting. Doug

Ya, i have had some pretty good luck with Centerforce too. I just went ahead and ordered the organic disc from Mcleod. They said it would hold my horsepower fine. I don't look forward to the work only because it was just done.:mad: Doug

Just took that mean bugger out of there.:) Took me 1 1/2 hours. Looks like brand new still! New disc is comming tomorrow from Summit. Hope it was worth the time. :yes:

Johnny. Ya thats the one that came with my kit. I bought the kit from AMP performance. I just got the other disc in and the car is MUCH more fun to drive!:) Doug

Doug, i also purchased mine from AMP performance, It came with the kevlar 800 series clutch kit, Is this the same one you had problems with? I was told they replaced the 800 series with 500 series.Is your new clutch organic?

Yes, the original clutch they sent me was the 800 series. I did NOT like that clutch disc at all! The new one has the organic material on both sides. SMOOTH!
