Trying to figure out what is needed. I found a decent size dent in the subframe from what looks to be from a curb. It is on the drivers side underneith right where the subframe curves up from under the body. It bulged the sides of the subframe while caving in the center. Car doesn't sag or tweaked. All the alignment holes line up. Can I pull this out and weld some strengthening panels on the sides or should I look for another subframe?

An easy fix with an angle grinder and welder.
You may need some 1/8" plate to replace any deformed sections.

Is the subframe on the car? If so, I'd strongly recomend removing it and making sure that it doesn't move when you cut it open. They get extremely weak and flimsy when you open up the box-section. I'd also make sure the frame is straight before and after welding. Fab a basic jig for it may be a good idea.

Any pics?

I'll try and get some. I am planning on dropping the subframe so I can sandblast it and apply POR15 on the entire frame. I have a welder and some plate, so looks like I will get to do some welding!
