I'm sure that someone has done what I want to do, replace door hinge pins without taking the door off. What is the best proceedure to do this? My doors are now almost impossible to close without lifting the door up. You can see play where the pins are. HELP! I have a 69 convertible:confused

You can buy a Hinge Pin kit from the GM place.
Use a floor jack and a 4x4, prop the door and replace pins & bushings one hinge at a time.
Better if another person holds the door while you replace, may have to remavo a hinge half to replace bushings if door doesn't rotate enough out if the way to replace bushings.
Job should take no more than hour to do. Hammer, punch, 9/16 wrench, floor jack, 4X4 block, and a cold 6-pack when done.
