Considering that the guy who won that Camaro wasn't from NJ if I remember correctly, and the cars value was set ALOT higher than $6200. I htink the only thing about this listing that is not a scam is the fact that it is a Foose designed Camaro.

Bet I know where he got the idea. On my DVR is a saved episode of HotRod TV. It's about building a 69 Camaro. The lead-in has a clip of Foose. Foose says "the 69 Camaro is the MOST (my emphasis) desired car in the world".
