When the Spatter paint was applied at the factory, was is done before the taillight assemblies were installed? Before the trunk wiring harness? If it was before, I assume they would have some of the spatter paint spattered on each of them. I'm trying to determine if it is correct for these items to have paint spattered on them.

Befor the taillights and wiring harness but after the lach was put in it will get some over spray.

I see no spatter on the taillight wiring or the taillight assemblies, there is spatter on the cocktail shakers (convertible).
