I am going to be running nitrous on my 355 and I was wondering what type of rings I should be running? I dont want to spend a fortune, but I do want to make sure I get a good ring seal. I am going to be spraying 150, maybe more if the motor can handle it, and i'm at 10:1 compression

I use Total Seal rings hand file fit to .030 for N20.

what kind? I know there are different kinds like cast, moly, plasma moly, etc Also did you gap the top and 2nd ring at .030?

J&E (and a few others) offer a nitrous specific ring pack. I'm running them on my motor just for durability, and 'just in case' I get crazy at some point.

Speedpro Hellfire if you think you eventually may want to run a lot of N2O.
Any good plasma moly ring will work with only a 150 shot -- nothing fancy required at that level. Hastings makes a nice inexpensive set that I have used over the years with good success.
Ring gap is important, follow your piston manufacturers spec for N2O usage.
