What a great site for info! I have been doing a frame off on a 69 ss I have had for 25 years. I 1st did the car in high school (15 months) with little $ and lots of bondo. It looked great then but the bondo & lacquer did its thing and the time came 2 years ago to start the frame off. So far I have new quarters installed, all new front clip, rebuilt trans, rebuilt 12 bolt, floor blasted/painted and most of the car blocked but more to do. One more thing, the motor is a real DZ 302 I purchased blown up 25 years ago and put in the car. Thanks for a great site.

Someone on this site might have the matching car to your DZ302. Would be pretty cool to find out.

Alan, welcome to the site.
I bought mine car in 79 and started a nut/bolt restore in 03. This is the most fun I believe I've ever had. I know you fill the same.
I found this site this past june and it has been a great place to come when the wife is (mad) and playing the quite game.
I wish I had found this site befor I started my car.

Welcome Alan. Always good to see other folks who held on to their cars for all these years until the restoration could be done the way they want.
