i have an 1986 iroc z28 with a new battery i just put it in. it started a few times but than it just wont do anything any more the battery is still good, no accesories or anything come on, i checked the fuses under the dash but cant find any main fuse box under the hood, does it have one? I dont know much about it so some one please help. Any suggestions?

Check the continuity of the fusible links on the solenoid bolt/terminal, the same post the positive battery cable is attached.
