I have a 1967 RS 327, Fact A/C Blows cold, auto, Center console, no rust, show quality paint, detailed engine, detailed underside. Red with white int. 30,000 doc. orig miles. Rally wheels with red line tires. I would say it is a solid 9.

Pics will help in giving you a good price for the car. What docs does the car have and what proof do you have for the mileage claim? Is the car the 210hp 327 or the 275hp 327? Can you post a pic of the cowl tag?

my camera is not working, I will get one this weekend. 210 horse. Fl title shows orig miles. And they are a pain in a$$ when it comes to older cars to show actual miles for older cars.

Without seeing pics I would day the car is worth between 20-25k depending on body condition and quality of resto. Post pics of the car and trim tag as soon as you can.

I dont mean any offence...but when I see claims to such low milage on cars I have to shake my head
There are too many things against it
1/these cars where made to drive...who in there right mind would buy 1 new and garage it?
2/ And the same goes for the rest of the owners over the yrs.

Such claims in my book imediatly raise creditblity issues in my head with other claims to a car.

When it was imported into NZ in Feb 1972 by the guy who purchased it new States side it had 44,000 miles on it...by Oct 1980 it had 100,000 miles

I thought the same thing before I saw it in person. I have been a long time corvette owner and have seen many very low mile vetts, but you never know. The car was repainted a few years ago but the engine and underside are orig and are either just in amazing condition or have actual miles, I will post pics as soon as I get a dig. camera.

Interestingly enough alot of times vettes do have pretty low miles.

Bottom line...miles mean squat..
look at some of the real old vintage cars....
Its how well the resto is done and condition.
I would prefer to buy a well restored , genuine car with 1/2 a mil than a low milage in very nice condition...
BUT getting one where u can see what needs to be done and resto is even better because u KNOW, rather than assumng what is under the skin is right.

Nice looking car! I would say that the car would be worth 24K-25K. I think with all of the detail that the car has I would ask 25K for the car. With only a title showing mileage and no other docs the mileage is a tough sell. Usually to show mileage you have to have records all of the way through the cars history.

Thanks I don't want to sell, I just wanted to see what it is worth. I love this car and hope to get years of enjoyment. Thanks for your help. :beers:

I saw on the Welcome Wagon that you just purchased the car...congrats! It's a beautiful car that I'm sure you will get tons of enjoyment from. Not knowing what you paid for the car I hope that my assessment hit the nail on the head. If not I'm no expert and believe me I've seen what people are asking for these cars. The wonderful thing is that they will just continue to go up in value.
