This winter I plan to convert the front drums to discs on my '68. It is a street strip car and I plan to keep the 15" Weld Prostars on it. Does anyone have suggestions for a decent setup? Just a nice reliable basic conversion to give me some added stopping confidence next spring.

Jim, I wonder if stock 2nd gen disc would be a pain to retrofit to a 68? My discs cost about $20, pads are about $15. You could probly find lots of 2nd gen donors at the junkyards for spindles. I have 15" Welds, no issues. Plenty of stopping power and I don't have a booster.
