So does the product have a new part #? Usually when they change the # the product is changed.

Contrary to common belief, it was never gone.

It was discontinued in June of this year. I have not been able to find it at any Chevy dealer here or online. It can be found on e-bay at ridiculous prices.

I have been buying it here at DAY's Chevrolet in Acworth for a while. Just bought a bottle for a buddies cam change next week. They have several bottles on the shelf and the PM said he has cases in the back.

Good for him, He stock piled it when he knew it was being discontinued. I've been in the Mercedes Benz parts business for 28 years, I see it every day.:D

The new GM part number is 88862586. Its also available as an AC Delco part number. Have the number at the shop, but any AC Delco dealer should have it.

There are plenty of alternatives for it too. All of the major cam manufacturers have a break in addative that works just as well, maybe even better ?
