I recently installed a SSBC combo block on my 68 in place of the original two part system. Since the SSBC block only has wiring for turning on/off brake lights and not low pressure warning what can I do with the brake warning wiring? The reason I ask this is since I have changed the block out my brake warning light has been continually on in the dash.

I think the brown wire originally going to the OE block, is paralleled with the parking brake switch on the kick panel.
I suspect either the p/b switch needs adjustment or the OE block wire is grounded somewhere along its route. The switches close thus completing the light bulb circuit.

Went back over all the wiring, capped the OE block wire to ensure it wasnt grounding, and realized that it was the parking brake switch as suggested. I replaced the parking brake wiring a few months back and thought I had it back as original but now appears I must either have something in backwards (which seems impossible) or I am missing some clip that pushes the switch down. I rigged up something temporary but if somebody has a diagram or picture of the correct parking brake setup for a 68 let me know.
Thanks.:D
