 I was actually thinking about the vintage 69 Camaro Trans Am type of theme....yours looks more like a nice resto or restore but thanks for posting pics of it as it is very nice!

I should have posted this question in the Pro Touring section as I think it would be a better fit there in hindsight....Sorry Mods! :(

How about this picture taken at Watkins Glen Vintage Race weekend Sept. 2007. This is the 67 machine, but may give you some ideas.

I like the subtle vintage style about your build. What type of rims are those? Are they actually Minilites?

Resto? It's never been restored.
But thanks for the memories. I drove this car to Seattle International Raceways in 69 and early 70s for Trans Am races. It was sooooo cool to drive home after the Camaro Club car won in 69 because they used a stock oil pan that didn't let the pump go dry and wipe out the crank. The worst race was 1970. Gurney won with a Boss you-know-what.
But I see what you're asking for; stickers. Kinda like a pace car huh?;)

Thanks.
Yes. I got them from Main Street Motorsports. They are in Connecticut and are a distributor for Minilite in England.

They ran a history of Trans Am racing on the Speed Channel tonight. I even recognized the west chicane at SIR! I've got home movies from all over that track, now on video, of course. They showed the winning Boss (something) car in 1970 too. I think they said Parnelli Jones was the driver. Hmm. OK, I've even got some old snapshots of the trophy presentation. Maybe it was Jones. I was just looking at the girls. Besides, he drove a Boss-something.

Thanks guys. I run the car as hard as I can as well. What good is looking fast if you don't drive it like you stole it?

I frequent Topanga Canyon and Mullholland with it. Its a blast :D

Love the stance and style of that 69. Would you mind posting some suspension and tire specs for it.
