I suggest taking it to a agriculture elavator. They will have a vehicle scale.

Sounds about right. Don't forget to add yourself to the total, the converter will see weight as driven.

How much can you trust the title weight?

Dawg-3400-3450 + you should be about right; If you haven't torn the car apart, O&G's gravel yard in Torrington has a drive on truck scale, I know we've used it to check trailer weight. I haven't weighed mine in years, but up at the valley in the late 90's it was 3485 with steel rally rims and the aluminum head 358 in the car. Yours should be a touch lighter with the TH350/12 bolt vs my Richmond tranny and 9" rear. (and the 20ft of 2x3 tubing under mine too.) -Dan
