Here are a few pictures I took yesterday over at Daytona. I would like to see pictures of other convertibles even if it not your car. I have several cars and I always go back to this car if I have to chose a favorite.

Here's my 427 vert. Not the same path as you went, but we probably have the same disease. It's not quite finished but it will be by next spring when it will be back out of the garage. It's been put away for the (NJ) winter. I took it out for the last ride of the season 2 days ago. Like ccmblack's car, mine is not a real Z11.

That is one bad ass and beautiful 69 Pro Z. I love the whine of a Supercharger. It is in your face rough and tough. Here is a pic of another car I own & it has a Novi Supercharger.

Thanks. You have 2 beautiful cars there. I like the ProTouring treatment on the 69. When I started building my car as a Pro Street car 8 years ago PT wasn't real big yet. I would defiantly go that route if I was starting now. I may rebuild my car as a PY car one day with a late model Corvette drivetrain. But I'm gonna enjoy it the way it is right now.

This is a friends car and he decided to go the quieter TT route on his 69. When driven easy you would think it is a stocker.

I do like the look of your vert, Richie. Did you fab the roll bar yourself? I desperately want more of a light bar in mine, but I may have to initially settle for a roll bar. Do you have dimensions or yours, or tell me where you purchased it from, if you didn't make it yourself?

Thanks!

Strick, talk to Frank at Prodigy Customs. http://www.prodigycustoms.com/#

He's built the bar you want.

I bought my roll bar a long time ago from JC Whitney. It was nicely chromed but I decided to pad it. It is welded to the frame and back then was expensive at $59 dollars.

The Silver camaro is someone I was on the Power Tour in 06 with. I believe those pics were taken in S. Carolina. Here is another Carolina car. This car used a cam to record some fun we had. I still have not received my copy!!! If this is someone in here where is my copy. I lost your phone number and name also but remember you were in West S. Carolina in the boonies. Also is a pic of the car I used after I left Florida if this helps you remember me. I only used the Camaro in Orlando in 06. I traded cars in Gainesville.

Robo (Robert)

Prodigy won't even answer a PM regarding their (mystery) light bar. I don't think one exists.

I like the looks of having something in the car. and also like the thought of something over my head. With 500hp things happen fast.

Be patient, I know Franks busy with the PRI show coming up, but hw will get back. You probably better off to just call him.

Here's a pic of the bar in his wife's car. Scroll down

Sorry guy, I have not even signed in until today since October.

Rob is correct. We have been slammed getting ready for SEMA, doing SEMA, dieing family members, Thanksgiving, Turkey Run, Fort Meyers show, PRI, WHEW! But today PRI is over, and we get our lives back until February when show season starts again.

The Roll Bar does exist, but not in kit form. There is simply no way to do the bar in kit form. We can custom build them in the shop, but it is expensive. We just did our 4th bar now and tracked the hours. I do not think we will get any faster at this point and this last one was 43 hours AFTER the interior was striped. Add to that the modified rear interior trim panels, some materials, and it is a $3500 to $4000 proposition!

Here are some pictures of a couple bars in our Project Prodigy and Project EmptyNest

Just teasing you. Nothing I enjoy more then to see how other people and professionals have placed their personal touches on the Camaro.

The roll bar looks fantastic. I have had mine in for almost 30 years now. I love the purists who tell me I ruined the car. I can not see owning a car without modding it. There is never enough horsepower even when the car comes with 600 ponies. Stock wheels never look as good as what the aftremarket turns out. The exhaust is too vanilla etc etc.

I should charge the tuners for this plug.
