Stripes are wrong on the rear decklid. Tag appears to be real, and seems to line up with the vin. Very well documented (if these check out ok) Probably worth what he is asking, assuming its a matching numbers drivetrain, etc.

If the car is as nice as it looks, it's probably worth the money with all the docs he's got. The market is on your side right now as the high dollar cars are slowing down so take cash and negotiate.

My floors didnt have that much white but perhaps this car received more overspray. The white subframe is what troubles me the most other than the rear stripes being incorrect.

Looks to me like the D/S fender has been replaced with a repop but I could be wrong, won't be the first time. As already mentioned the rear stripes are wrong.

Eh, no doubt the car has been repainted since it's birth. The paint guy probably wanted to make sure the rockers were covered.
He appears to have a lot of documentation including the POP. Unless I am mistaken, he also has the copy of the original order sheet from the dealer as well. If the POP and other docs match the vin, order sheet and names, that is a big plus.
