A friend has asked me to help identify a 1967 Camaro for him.
From the vin and trim tag and the CRG website I have most of it figured out but still have a few questions.
The trim code is 797-z which comes up Parchment/Black custom buckets w/o headrest, so is this white with the black stripe?
And the option codes are W 2GMR 3SL as far as I can tell.
Does any of this tell if it is an SS or were the emblems added later?

Bill if you were at CRG then you should review their decoding section. The 3 codes show you have an RS but if there is no 4 code letter than you probably dont have an SS. Review them here CRG Codes (http://www.camaros.org/numbers.shtml#67Codes)
