I am replacing my front 67 Camaro disc brakes (assumed to be stock) with an upgraded set. My buddy has a 72 Nova and wants to know if my old set (rotors and calipers) will fit his car. Thanks for the help. DeAngelo

Everett#2390 Nov 29th, 07, 10:07 AM Yes, start with a bar spindle and transfer everything else, including hardware. Deangelo66 Nov 29th, 07, 11:33 AM Thanks, Everett. And Ron, I think that they are 2 piston calipers. Unless they are single. Cannot remember. :) Thanks! Deangelo66 Nov 29th, 07, 02:52 PM P.S. What is a bar spindle??? Does that mean it is not a straight swap? Thanks, D Everett#2390 Nov 29th, 07, 06:28 PM Bare spindle. Deangelo66 Nov 30th, 07, 12:56 PM Thanks. Sorry for my ignorance. :) And does that mean that my friend will need a new spindle to make my old rotors fit??? Thanks, D Everett#2390 Nov 30th, 07, 08:55 PM If he' s goingfrom drum to disc, the spindle will have to be cut from the dimension it is to -.620 inches for the calpier bracket to fit.
