Unreal Dec 3rd, 07, 08:36 AM Isn't he describing a Dynacorn body? Why is he showing an X55 tag, unless he's planning to .........naw, couldn't be.

If you read the listings you're actually bidding on a preorder body in some of them. The cars will be made to order. Some with VINS and tags, some without. The cars pictured in the listings are not the cars you'd be bidding on. Look at his other listings for "replacment bodies" he has. It sounds like he is listing every part of a Dynacorn body seperatly but not actually saying that is what is being used. Who knows, maybe that's not what is being used. Hard to tell from the listing. It appears that he is buying basket cases and re-tagging replacment bodies with them VIN and tirm tag in some of the listings. He might be doing that I guess. But nobody would ever do that...lol.
Rack Man Dec 3rd, 07, 01:19 PM I think this thread explains it all....Dan

TomBo Dec 3rd, 07, 03:35 PM Someday, somewhere, after a few owners, those retagged/VIN applied bodies are going to be, or at least attempted to be, passed off as original, or possibly untouched cars. I hope I'm wrong....
DHONDAGOD Jan 7th, 08, 11:52 PM The cool thing about one of "these" cars is being able to beat the living hell out of it with no regard to killing an original car. Kinda like owning a kit car I guess. Chop it, lower it, drill holes in it, weld to it, whatever. No chance of destroying a piece of history.
