I was going through all the parts that match on my 1968 RS Z28 and noticed my wheels and tires don't. Anyone know what these wheels were used for and if there is a way to tell if the tires are original or just reproductions:
Wheel codes: K15 3 13 FW (3 are this code); K18 7 26 FW (1 this code)
Tires: Firestone F70 15 : 17624 BU BD 89521 red lines
Any help would be greatly appreciated

FW wheels were Chevelle/Monte Carlo 15x7's used in the early to late 70's. Your three are March 13th, 1975 and the one is July 26th, 1978.
Don't know about the tires.

Really appreciate the feedback. Do you happen to know what the market value is on these? I may sell them off and purchase a set of correct wheels.

Don't really know about the value, but it seems these are plentiful. A common replacement for the "correct" wheels.

No problem. I also have a carb question also referencing the part number. My carb has the correct numbers of 3923289 DZ 4053, however, the numbers after that do not mesh with the numbers that some of the books that I have say it should have.
My carb has the numbers 1766 below the others. Does this mean this was a replacement carb?

Correct. It's an over the counter replacement built on the 176th day of 1976, 1986, 1996 or 2006.
