I am restoring a 69 z. The striping kit does not look right. The front stripes are about 7inches from each other and the back ones are about 15 inches. Could someone tell me what the proper distance is for an original 69z. Thanks

Dennie, the stencil is correct for a 69 Z/28, the factory modified the stripe spacing on the trunk in 69 so they wouldn't have to tape around the emblem as they did on 67 and 68. The emblem should be inside the big part of the stripe on the trunk and outside the small stripe on the header panel.
