: BV 12 bolt rear end Questions John510 Dec 8th, 07, 02:49 PM OK so the guy who sold me my car has a rear end for sale and I was wondering if it could be original to my car or not. Its coded BV 0227G1 Casting date B78 What cars came with these rears? Also the build date of my car is 09E so Im assuming its too far ahead? The Z28 "standard" was a 3.73 and Chevy recommended posi, but I think you could have ordered any rear within a range.
