Who sales the correct reproduction smog tubes for a small block 1969? Rick's and Classic Industries sale what they call correct repo's, but they are nowhere close to the originals. They both sale the same tubes by a company called Hugger Performance (I know because I purchased a pair from both and had to return them) that do not have the crimping at either end. Any ideas where to pick up a correct pair?

I think the only correct ones are originals. Contact Bill Hodel. He will supply you whatever you need. He's a real smog expert, and knows what's right and what's not. Will not be cheap, but will be correct....including correct finish.

A few years back I purchased a complete NOS smog set up for a camaro from Jerry MacNeish. You might want to contact him to see what he has available or where you might be able to find your needs.
Good luck,
:beers:

Current Repo 69 small block smog tubes are close but not 100% correct. They are exactly backwards side to side on the crimps coming out of the manifolds.
Originals are VERY hard to find. I agree that Bill Hodel would be a good choice. Bill and I have had discussions before as to what original 69 smog tubes look like. He knows what is correct, and there are lots of little differences, IMHO.

Does anyone have a picture of them? I have an old pair and I am not sure what year they are off of, they were in the trunk of my 67 when I bought it.
