Has anyone used the back up light switch kit for the hurst super comp shifter ? Is it hard to install ? My car was a console shifted powerglide so the pink and green wire are in the console ready to connect to the switch. Where does the bracket and switch mount ?

I used the Hurst reverse switch with good results.. The bracket attaches to the shifter body on the rear adjusting bolts. When the reverse shift arm moves back, it hits the switch activating your lights.. You’ll need to bend the mounting arm for proper placement of the switch.

After I ordered the switch from Ricks this morning, I saw that firewheel classics sells it for $10.00 less. Cant wait to get it and get those reverse lights working. I connected the pink and green wires and the reverse lights came on , so I know they will work when I get the switch installed.
