Looking for some advice!!! I am building an 86 Iroc Z with a 408ci. I want to convert it to a 5 spd from an auto. I am looking for advice on whether it is worth it or even possible to build a T5 trans that will withstand power.

Yes, it's possible to build a T5 to live behind that, but it'd be a lot cheaper to use a TKO500/TKO600 or T56.
