I have the chance to buy a TPI manifold unit on the cheap. It looks to be in nice shape. It doesn't have the dist, but does come with other sensors. Is it worth the $$? He is asking 150 for this unit

What kind of money am I lookingat to get this thing going? With the painless harness? Can this unit support decent power, maybe 400 hp?

I have also been looking at LT1 setups, would LT1 be the better route although more expensive?
