does anyone know if holes for 68 are the same as 69 since both are vacuum, the factory hole in a 69 is 4" in diameter? Headlight assemblies are somewhat different.

A few years ago I modified repro inner fenders using my original 68 inner fenders as a template. I do not rembember the exact dimensions however, I know that there was not a 4" hole for the actuators. The largest hole made was actually a slot. I will see if I have a photo.

If you need to drill or punch that hole out, there is a bit of room to play. The largeness is so the lower bracket can fit through. If you need measurements, let me know.
