I want to put the wide stipe decals from 1980-81 Z28 on my Camaro. My question is, has
anyone put them on, and is it hard to get it right? I am planning to order them from Phoenix Graphix.

The decals should come with instructions, but generally you wet the area where the decal goes with soapy water. This will allow you to correctly position the decal. Then you use a squeegee to get the water out from under the decal. After that, let dry for a day or so.
