I have an original RS car, but the actuator shields were long gone when I got it. I got everything working again but now with the DSE electric motors instead of the vacuum cans. Anyway, I bought a set of shields, but can't figure out where they are supposed to mount. There are three (3) holes in a shield, two on one side and one on the other. Can someone describe where these bolt up ?

Thanks

The originals mounted to the brace that the vacuum actuators mounted to. The brace bolted to where the fender and fender extension bolt together across to the inner fender well. On the bottom side, they bolt to the fender extension. The two bolt to the brace and the one hole is on the lower part of the extension. I can take pics if you need them.

Thank you !. I didn't see the back holes in the actuator bracket and didn't have my fender extensions on so I missed that. It fit perfectly. If anyone ever needs to know, the DSE electric motors fit in well with the shields.

Here's a fair picture- I can supply a better one if needed. These are the repro plastic shields. I had to trim the edge of the shields in a few spots to get them to fit right.
