That's not the Fisher Body Manual, but I think it's a "must have" for doing a resto.
I would look for 3 additional books, on ebay or elsewhere
1. Fisher Body manual
2. Chassis Service Manual
3. Chevrolet Rebuild Manual (not sure I have this name right),
When you look for these three, search under "Chevy" or Chevrolet, or Impala. These books cover all the cars for that year, including Camaro, but if you search "Camaro" you'll probably end up paying more.
Combined the 4 books will give you a ton of information about how to rebuild/replace just about everything.
Also for getting component colors, platings, etc right, Jerry MacNeish's book is great, too.

IM looking for which ever book may have the best information for body panel replacement, and line up. I havent ever done any real body work so i have alot of questions on dimensions and such, once th body work is done, I have the experience to finish everything mechanical with no trouble.
So which book is best for the body info.

That is the AIM (Factory Assembly Manual). You'll see a lot of references here to the AIM.
The AIM is good for body alignment and piece/part placement. The Fisher Body manual is good for door adjustment (internals) and things that were done before major assembly.
It sounds like you want the AIM right now.

Did you wind up getting one from Rick's? I also see one here:

I wonder if they're the same in quality. I've seen complaints on the quality of these. Does anyone have a vendor to recommend to get one from?

In regards to panel replacement, none of them really go into decent detail. I would personally forgo both of them if that's all you're needing. I purchased the FSM, Chassis service manual, and Fisher body manual thinking one of them would cover panel replacement. Unfortunately the only replacement that I see in them are removable panels.
If I would have known what was included in them prior to purchase I would have saved my money and done more research here. I've found the majority of needed body measurements through misc posts.
